These are one of my favorite things. I hardly ever have them, but they always make me think of happy fun kid times. The US federal court has attempted to ban candy cigarettes two different times the last being in 1991. But no one stops the candy cigarettes!

Britney's Circus tour has reached Australia and some aren't too pleased. The government feels she should have to let all concert goers know that she won't be singing live the entire time. If this comes as a shock to someone they probably aren't big enough fans to be shelling out the cash for a ticket. I saw the show and it was worth every penny.

Word on the street is that Ashlee Simpson is taking the whole getting dumped from Melrose Place thing well. Her new goal... Broadway. She had the part of Roxie Hart in a production of Chicago in London a while ago and wants to recapture it but this time on Broadway. I've heard her sing and seen her act. I don't get it.

Sam Jones is most known for his role as Pete Ross on Smallville. He was arrested by DEA officials in Los Angeles. They claim he was involved in a plan to distribute over 10,000 oxycodone pills. It looks like he could be facing some real jail time.

When it seems like things can't get worse for Lindsay Lohan they do. Her record label Casablanca Records dropped her. She has supposedly spent the last year and a half working on a new album. So now in addition to being a hot mess that can't land a film role she also doesn't have a label to put out her album. Things aren't too good for Lindsay Lohan.
