Sam Jones is most known for his role as Pete Ross on Smallville. He was arrested by DEA officials in Los Angeles. They claim he was involved in a plan to distribute over 10,000 oxycodone pills. It looks like he could be facing some real jail time.

Lindsay Dropped from Label

When it seems like things can't get worse for Lindsay Lohan they do. Her record label Casablanca Records dropped her. She has supposedly spent the last year and a half working on a new album. So now in addition to being a hot mess that can't land a film role she also doesn't have a label to put out her album. Things aren't too good for Lindsay Lohan.

Tyra on Gossip Girl

Tyra guest stared on this week's episode of Gossip Girl. Her acting was pretty much the equivalent to her being herself on Top Model. She played an actress co-staring in a movie with Hilary Duff's character (a new recurring role). The movie had something to do with flappers and nazis because of course they go hand in hand. It looked pretty horrible. Anyway, here are some pictures of the movie within the show.

Backstreet Boy Get Swine Flu

Brian Littrell of the Backstreet Boys has been diagnosed with the Swine Flu. A scheduled appearance of the Early Show had to be postponed along with other media events. This brings up the larger question of why are the Backstreet Boys performing on the Early Show? I thought they disappeared. Unfortunately it seems they have not.

James Franco on GH?

James Franco is scheduled to appear on the daytime soap General Hospital for a "lengthy story arc" that will start airing mid November. I thought this was really strange when I first heard it what with him being in movies like Milk and Pineapple Express (not to mention his super dreamy role on Freaks and Geeks), but apparently it is research for an upcoming role. Huh, weird.

Britney Can't Even Go to Target

Poor Britney. She tried to make a stop at a Target the other day and was followed by paparazzi the whole time. It's a sad world when you can't even go to a Target any more.
